Our team recently upgraded our billing system, and we’re looking for skilled professionals to help us get caught up on payment posting and various billing tasks. 🔹 What You’ll Do: • Support our billing team with payment posting, cash posting, and updating payments in our system. • Work with ICD-10 and CPT coding while navigating Medicaid, Medicare, HMO/PPO plans. • Take ownership of tasks, working independently after training while knowing when to ask questions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For: • 6+ months of experience in Medical Billing (1–5 years preferred). • MUST have experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and HMO/PPO plans. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. • Knowledge of insurance plans and medical coding best practices. • High School Diploma required.
🔹 Job Details: • Location: Onsite in Gainesville, FL • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM • Pay: $16–$17/hr • Start Date: Around September 15th • Interviews will move quickly!
