Medical Assistant Back Office Bilingual Location Oxnard, CA (Fremont North area) :

BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Growing qualified Ophthalmology Office seeks dependable, friendly Back Office MedicalAssistant with excellent customer service to become an integral part of our Team.

SCHEDULE

M-F 08:30 am - 05:00 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and directs all patients within the practice
• Checks patient vision
• Take basic patient history
• Entering Data into EMR
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Clean and stock exam rooms
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a High School diploma
• Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
• Great opportunity for a candidate with no experience and willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service etiquette
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-starter and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
• Reliable
• Able to work collectively with administration and staff
• Team player and willingness to learn
