Job Description

Machine Operators (I, II, III) needed for a manufacturing company. Roles are classified by skill and experience, with cross-training based on business needs and employee strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, band and move steel tubes, and use overhead cranes/forklifts
• Inspect tubing for quality, remove defects, and ensure products meet specifications
• Follow schedules to process correct tube sizes and configurations
• Safely maintain a clean work area and uphold all safety and quality procedures
• Repack, assemble, and move materials within facility; assist with inventory and receiving
• Collaborate with team, read and follow production instructions, and use measuring tools

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including fractions)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
• Consistent attendance and PPE compliance required
• Machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
