• Help clients understand their Medicare, ACA, and supplemental insurance options
• Guide consumers through enrollment and plan selection
• Educate and support individuals with SEP and annual enrollment
• Generate leads and manage follow-ups using our CRM tools
• Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier regulations

• Active Health Insurance License (State-specific or multi-state preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using phone, email, and CRM systems
• Bilingual is a plus (not required)
