Job Description

The Springs Catering in Houston, TX is looking for a part-time/seasonal dishwasher to join our growing team. We are located on 11126 Cypress North Houston Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. As business continues to grow, the opportunity for a permanent post may become available.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Execute detailed cleaning procedures; follow calendar of scheduled cleaning tasks
• Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out trash/break down boxes

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Night-time availability between the hours of 8pm-2am, with potential for more hours with the day crew on an as needed basis.
• Flexible availability: Our schedule is dictated by the events we cater, and we usually have events on weekends with weekday work available occasionally. Majority of shifts will be between Friday-Sunday.As we grow, these hours can grow from part-time to full time.

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills
