About the Role

We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate outbound trucking operations, manage driver communications, and ensure timely deliveries for customer orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and bring experience in dispatching or shipping operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery requirements.
  
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
  
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  
• Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and yard loading activities.
  
• Ensure proper loading procedures and compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update inventory systems.
  
• Report delays, issues, or discrepancies to the operations manager and relevant stakeholders.
  
• Provide support to yard operations and assist with daily tasks as needed.
  

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in dispatching or warehouse shipping operations .
  
• Familiarity with transportation coordination and dispatch procedures.
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations (battery or hazardous materials handling preferred).
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
  
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory management tools.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) required.
