The Welder Lead Hand is responsible for leading and assisting the welding team in daily production tasks while actively participating in welding activities. This hands-on leadership role ensures that welding operations are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. The Welder Lead Hand supports the Shop Manager by coordinating welding activities, providing technical guidance, and helping maintain an organized and productive work environment.
