Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Analyst to lead and support key business systems with a primary focus on ERP system support, user training, and documentation development.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP platform and in empowering end users through effective training and continuous process improvement.

The IT analyst will play a central role in our Business Intelligence initiatives, developing Power BI dashboards and producing SQL-based reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.

In addition to application support, the ideal candidate will contribute to system integration efforts by building and maintaining API interfaces, developing automation scripts, and creating custom tools using C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

This role includes IT support responsibilities, such as assisting with IT ticketing systems, providing end-user hardware/software support, maintaining Microsoft Azure environments, and offering networking support (switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and the development of clear documentation and work instructions.
• Deliver user training on ERP processes and best practices to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
• Develop and run SQL queries to generate reports, extract insights, and support business analysis needs.
• Build and maintain API integrations between systems to streamline workflows and enable data interoperability.
• Write and support custom scripts and tools using programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript to improve automation and system functionality.
• Provide technical support through the company’s IT ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support end users with IT hardware and software needs, including device setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of the Microsoft Azure environment, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network equipment including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PL-300, MS-900, DP-900, CCNA, MS-102, AZ-900, MS-102 or CompTIA are preferred.
• Led successful ERP implementation and user adoption across the organization
• Facilitated cross-functional collaboration across multiple geographically dispersed locations
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms, technologies, and skills.
• Strong commitment to organizational goals and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Proven excellent work ethic and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required to support remote locations or attend company-related activities.
