Our client, a well-funded startup backed by a prominent billionaire investor, is seeking a talented Industrial Design Engineer to join their visionary team. This role is central to developing a groundbreaking household AI robot prototype designed to revolutionize the way humans connect with technology.

• Visionary Project: Be part of creating a cutting-edge robot designed to emotionally engage with humans. Equipped with AI, this robot will foster relationships, communicate effectively, and serve as a meaningful presence in households—including for children growing up with it.
• Innovative Design Challenge: The robot will feature a sleek, organic, mushroom-like structure, emphasizing a design that’s inviting and non-robotic. It will include advanced functionalities like a built-in projector, blending form with function.
• Strategic Role: As a founding Industrial Design Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with the project manager to bring this vision to life.

Location : Remote + weekly meet up with Product Manager near Burlingame

Compensation :$140 - $200K (depending on experience) + Bonus + Equity + Benefits
