Job Overview:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and dependable individual to support import operations by handling shipment documentation and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and government regulations. No prior experience in the field is needed—training is provided for this amazing remote opportunity!

Please Note we are only accepting candidates that live near the Jonesboro-Paragould area at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize documents for shipments entering the U.S.
Ensure compliance with customs and government agency requirements
Enter data accurately and process import paperwork
Classify goods using provided tools and references
Keep shipment records updated and filed correctly
Work with internal teams and external partners to meet customer needs
Manage time-sensitive tasks and high-volume workloads
Follow company procedures and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED
6 months of general work experience preferred
Basic computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office, email, office equipment)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and use multiple systems

Benefits:

Starting pay is at $16/hr. + Overtime
