• 📆 Scheduling the right techs to the right jobs—fast and accurately
• 📍 Optimizing routes and minimizing downtime
• 📣 Keeping customers informed and techs supported
• 🚀 Helping the team hit KPIs tied to customer satisfaction, technician utilization, and more

You’ll work with our Results Ownership Chart and Job Scorecard so expectations are crystal clear—and your success is measurable.

• 85–95% tech utilization
• 90%+ on-time arrival rate
• 80%+ first-time fix rate
• 4.5+ average customer rating

👀 You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years in HVAC, plumbing, or field service dispatch
• Know (or can quickly learn) platforms like Build OPs
• Communicate clearly and calmly—even when things get busy
