Job Description

We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aide's in Lancaster, CA! Come work for a caring organization where our HHA's build relationships and rapport with patients and their families while caring for them in the comfort of their homes. Our patients are deserving former nuclear workers who qualify for our in-home care.
Compensation: This position comes with a very competitive pay plan. We look at market rates, location, and experience before determining compensation.

Shifts: Full-Time Days (12 hour shifts 7a - 7p, must be available every other weekend)
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse/licensed Nurse; this position will assist with in-home patient care for former Department of Energy(DOE) workers with work related illnesses.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or GED
CPR certification is required
Patient care experience in Home Health, preferred but not required
Must have the ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions and to maintain nursing records and charts
Ability to interact professionally with patients and families
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must adapt to changing workload and/or interruptions
Must have a valid driver license and be in good standing
Must pass a pre-employment screening
