We are looking for Senior and Lead Hardware Technicians to join our team. Think Formula One pit crew, but for next-gen robotics. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, fixer, and tuner for our machines. Some roles are filled, but we are growing and will hire more people for these roles. Responsibilities: Perform hardware upgrades to robots Rapid prototyping for local team Inventory Management and Quality Control Resolve issues with Engineering team Maintain an organized shop Create detailed written & verbal team updates Occasionally travel to customer sites (Driver's license strongly preferred) Required Skills: Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and common shop tools!!! Must be a self-starter, organized, and reliable Efficient working independently and in collaborative environments.
