General Manager

Charlotte, NC

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our small consumer goods manufacturing business in Charlotte, NC. This role will have full ownership of the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L), driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production, supply chain, and distribution processes.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage the company’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Represent the business at the senior leadership level across the parent company, advocating for the business' priorities and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be conversational Spanish speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in consumer goods manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving financial performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
