Born in Richmond, VA, we’ve grown from a chef’s late-night inspiration into a nationally loved frozen novelty brand. Our sandwiches are handcrafted with bold flavors, real ingredients, and a whole lot of joy — and we’re on a mission to make freezers everywhere a little more fun. 

We’re scaling fast and need a logistics wizard to keep our sandwiches moving smoothly from our kitchen to customers, retailers, and distributors across the country. THE ROLE  

We’re looking for a Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to make sure our ice cream sandwiches get where they need to go — cold, on-time, and ready to delight. You’ll oversee incoming sales orders, frozen freight, and warehouse partners while keeping costs in check and relationships strong. 

Think of this role as the backbone of our supply chain: you’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our customers can have that first-bite “wow” moment. 

This is a full-time role based in Richmond, VA. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

Keep the Sandwiches Moving  

• Manage all sales orders from start to finish across DTC, wholesale, foodservice, and distributor channels. 
• Coordinate frozen freight and shipping workflows to ensure everything arrives on time (and ice cold). 
• Troubleshoot shipping challenges in real-time with carriers, warehouses, and distributors. 
• Track inventory movements and solve any discrepancies before they snowball. 
• Make sure we’re meeting retailer and distributor compliance requirements. 

Build Strong Partnerships  

• Be the go-to person for our warehouses, freezer partners, and fulfillment teams. 
• Manage carrier and distributor relationships, keeping performance on track. 
• Track KPIs and improve 3PL performance as we scale. 
• Create clear SOPs so everyone knows the playbook as we grow.  

Keep Costs in Check  

• Track and report on freight costs, spotting opportunities to save without sacrificing service. 
• Audit invoices and resolve issues with vendors. 
• Share freight and logistics insights with the team so we can make smart decisions. 

Collaborate & Create Solutions  

• Partner with sales and distributor teams to meet customer-specific shipping requirements. 
• Work with customer service to resolve escalations quickly and with care. 
• Plan ahead for seasonal spikes, new product launches, and retail promotions. 
• Own logistics tech platforms to keep operations smooth and efficient. 
• Jump into special projects that help us get better every day. 

WHAT YOU BRING  

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain (bonus points for frozen/refrigerated CPG). 
• Comfort managing omni-channel logistics — from eComm to distributors and retail. 
• Experience working with warehouses, freezers, and 3PLs. 
• Super strong attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. 
• A knack for organization and communication. 
• Confidence in Excel and Microsoft Suite 

Preferred Experience  

• ERP (Netsuite), DI (SPS Commerce), QuickBooks, or other tools. 
• Familiarity with distributors and retailers like UNFI, KeHE, Kroger, Whole Foods, or Costco. 
• Based in Richmond, VA (preferred, but not required).
