Looking for the right person to join and lead our clerical and administrative team at Cascade Sports PT. We are a sports medicine clinic that treats athletes of all ages. We have a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We pride ourselves in a positive experience for our patients, starting with their initial phone call all the way through their discharge and payment of their final bill. Our front office staff is the first impression to many patients and extremely important to us. Candidates need to have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to complete tasks independently, and have a strong attention to detail. All billing is performed in-house; so applicant needs to be comfortable with medical insurance, EOBs and be willing to learn our billing software. Some tasks required will be as followed:

• Answer phones and schedule patients
• Manage patient co-pays and bill payments
• Verify insurance benefits and explain these to patients
• Billing and EOB reconciliation
• Insurance, practice and policy compliance
• Supply inventory tracking and ordering
• Strong communication and leadership of other administrative staff
• Basic cleaning of the clinic
