A leading chemical manufacturer is hiring a Chemist / Formulator to support R&D and
product development. We create high-performance coatings, sealants, and advanced
materials for diverse markets. This role is perfect for a chemist passionate about innovation
and hands-on formulation.
What You’ll Do:
• Formulate and develop polymer-based products, including coatings, adhesives, and
sealants.
• Leverage experience with urethanes, epoxies, and polyurea systems.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues; collaborate with QC and manufacturing
teams.
• Conduct applied research to improve product performance and support customers.
• Write technical documents and test reports.
• Support customer requests with technical expertise, including on-site visits when
needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of experience formulating polymer-based products.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with lab instruments and testing methods.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
