Florist & Garden Center is a family-run Brooklyn staple with deep roots in
floral design, events, and garden artistry. Our floral department (DB Floral
NYC) creates everything from daily arrangements to large-scale weddings and
installations. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Floral Manager /
Designer Sales Professional to help lead our design team, elevate sales, and
bring fresh ideas to life in-store and online.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily floral operations, team scheduling, and
  workflow
• Design, style, and merchandise arrangements and
  displays that sell
• Collaborate with the design team to create trend-driven
  collections and seasonal looks
• Manage customer interactions — from walk-ins to large
  events — with exceptional service
• Drive retail sales and suggest creative product ideas
  that move inventory
• Contribute to marketing efforts including Instagram,
  email newsletters, and in-store promotions
• Brainstorm and execute new ways to increase visibility,
  brand consistency, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in floral design, retail management, or
  event styling
• A strong eye for color, trends, and visual presentation
• Proven sales and leadership skills
• Comfort with social media marketing (Instagram,
  Constant Contact, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
  creative environment
• Positive, inclusive energy and collaborative spirit

Salary or Hourly Rate

60,000-80,000
