Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for facilitating the needs of the CEO, COO, and Studio to ensure their combined success toward the achievement of the Company Mission Vision and Goals. This position has no direct reports.

  • Travel Arrangements
  • Communication Management
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Document Preparation
  • Information Management
  • Event Planning and Coordination
  • Expense Reporting
  • Studio Management
  • Foster Company Culture
  • Personal Assistant: Typical personal task management - Doctors appts, facilitate and coordination of childcare, etc
  • Other Duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: high school diploma or GED
  • Licensure/Certifications: valid driver's license
  • Skills/Experience : minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration capacity or contract furniture industry
  • Demonstrates knowledge in business, contract furniture, construction or related industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgement maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills across various platforms
  • Maintain a polished demeanor and positive attitude when representing the executives and the company.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
