Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides general ERP system support to end users
• Assists end users with complex transactional issues
• Trains end users on essential processes, such as transaction adjustments, order entry, and warehouse functions.
• Write new code specifications for ERP to ensure operational efficiencies
• Testing of new code/development of the ERP system
• System support, implementations, and upgrades
• Develops and maintains training manuals for end users
• Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet company needs.
• Works closely with management on special projects.
• Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail
• Can work independently with limited supervision
• Good self-management skills, including information organization and time management
• PC proficient; familiar with MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and NAV
• Ability to follow-through
• Strong oral and written communications, that reflect a professional, business approach
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in related area preferred, or extensive experience in the field.
• Experience with ERP systems and support functions
