You will get to work directly with homebuying customers in the role and impact their lives by helping them secure financing for their new home! By using a mix of customer services and your financial/loan processing background, you will act as a liaison between the borrower, the sales team, and underwriting department to ensure that the borrowers home buying experience is excellent.
