We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Elementary School Vice Principal to help lead our outstanding team of educators and support the academic and personal growth of our youngest learners. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape a positive school culture, promote high standards, and ensure a safe, dynamic, and engaging learning environment for elementary students.
✅ Assist the Principal in the overall management of the Elementary School
✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity among staff and students
✅ Support and mentor teachers in planning, instruction, and assessment
✅ Drive curriculum implementation aligned with American Common Core Standards
✅ Monitor academic performance and student behavior; implement intervention strategies
✅ Engage and communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community
✅ Promote student well-being and personal development across all grade levels
✅ Coordinate school events, extracurricular programs, and school-wide initiatives
✅ Uphold school policies and ensure a safe, respectful school environment
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred)
✅ Valid teaching license from the U.S. or equivalent certification
✅ Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in an American or international school
✅ At least 2 years of leadership or administrative experience
✅ Deep knowledge of U.S. curriculum and standards (Common Core preferred)
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience in diverse, multicultural school environments is a plus
