Role: Scheduling Coordinator – Utility Tree Crew

Duration: 6 Months (Contract) W2

Location: Wilsonville, OR (Hybrid)

Hybrid schedule, expected to be onsite Tues - Thurs.

Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM Mon-Fri

• Requirements: Working with our primary capital scheduler and coordinating multiple tree crews’ schedules to complete work.
• Learn how to schedule contract tree crews and manage routes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Schedules contract tree crews.
• Ensures contract tree crew performance meets standards and specifications.
• Managing the high number of tree job requests and identifying and managing priority to complete work timely.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees vegetation clearance activities.
• Prioritizes work in accordance with department strategy.
• Expert skills in reading and understanding company design jobs and sketches.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Continually analyzes crew productivity.
• Ensures internal work orders have correct accounting strings in place for proper project tracking.
• Makes corrections where necessary.
• Notifies the applicable department when accounting exceptions need to be addressed.
• Performs departmental forecasting and reporting related activities and communicates suggestions and process improvements based on findings.

Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree):

Requires a bachelor’s degree in earth science, horticulture, geology, forestry, natural resources or another related field or equivalent experience
