RSP Group are exclusively partnered with a leading general contractor as they look to appoint a Life Sciences Director to drive the growth and direction of their Life Science and Pharmaceutical division across Texas & Denver

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong national reputation in the Life Sciences space who is ready to shape a market, influence strategy, and drive long-term client relationships.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of the Life Sciences market strategy – identifying where and what the company pursues, driving business development efforts, and becoming the key figurehead for the group across these major growth regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the Life Sciences business strategy across Texas and Colorado
• Use your national network to build and convert new client relationships
• Guide internal teams on pursuits, delivery approach, and sector trends
• Collaborate with marketing, preconstruction, and local offices to align on strategy
• Represent the company at industry events and within key client circles
• Influence what projects are pursued and how they are won

Ideal Candidate:

• Deep knowledge of the Life Sciences / Pharma sector, including GMP, R&D, lab and cleanroom environments
• Strong existing relationships with developers, architects, consultants and end users in this space – ideally on a national level
• Background in general contracting, CM, or design-build delivery
• A commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of winning work
• Confident communicator who can lead from the front and drive internal alignment
