Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution and management of overseas warehouse operations in Delaware, USA.
Based on business requirements, formulate and optimize the work processes and operation norms of the overseas warehousing business.
Participate in, guide and supervise the daily work of the overseas warehouse to ensure safe operation, cost control, efficiency improvement, enhancement of customer experience, and guarantee of delivery timeliness and accuracy.
Be responsible for the team building and training of the overseas warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of all overseas business activities.
Achieve the various KPI assessment targets and work arrangements assigned by the department and the company.
