We partner with over 120 licensed childcare centers across the Twin Cities, providing trusted substitute and support teachers who bring peace of mind to staff and families. We’re looking for dependable, energetic, and compassionate individuals who love helping young children learn and grow.
What You’ll Do:
As a Substitute Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher or Classroom Aide, you’ll support center staff in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom. You’ll help with daily routines, activities, and play-based learning while building meaningful connections with children and staff. Each day offers new experiences and opportunities to make an impact.
What We’re Looking For:
-Availability for at least 22 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
-Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 25 miles
-A caring, patient, and dependable personality
-Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred
-Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
-Willing to train the right person who is passionate about working with children
What We Offer:
-$17–$21 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
