The Remote Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in digital systems or databases. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently. No advanced technical experience is required beyond basic computer skills.
Enter and update data into company spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Review information for accuracy and make corrections when necessary
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval
Perform basic quality checks to ensure data integrity
Follow company procedures and meet deadlines
Communicate with team members via email or messaging tools when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
100% remote work
