What You Will Be Doing - Leveraging AI to create interactive simulations that make historical moments and geographical concepts vivid and lasting for learners.
- Examining learning data to identify trends that shape adaptive learning pathways, guaranteeing that each student's experience is both compelling and effective.
- Building advanced digital tools that animate historical personalities and global settings, from time-traveling virtual experiences to rich cultural immersions.
- Working with a cross-functional group of educators and technology specialists to develop fresh methods that redefine social studies teaching and learning.
- Converting intricate historical and geographical ideas into accessible, engaging material enriched by AI-powered customization.

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Achieve quantifiable gains in students' command of social studies material, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge through creative, AI-enhanced strategies.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
