About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Editor / Designer who’s both artistic and strategic - someone who understands how visuals drive conversions and brand storytelling. This role combines creativity, editing, and design with a strong sense of marketing and e-commerce awareness.
You’ll take our monthly campaign goals and turn them into strong creative briefs, plan content production, and deliver polished assets that perform across ecom, paid ads, and social.
You’ll work closely with our freelancers and marketing team to ensure every creative asset feels cohesive, polished, and performance-driven.
Portfolio is a MUST. Applications without one will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
Translate campaign direction into visuals
Understand each monthly campaign’s message and goal. Build creative briefs, moodboards, and visual plans for ecom and ads.
Create and edit core ecom creatives
Design and edit product photos, videos, and banners that can be repurposed across channels.
Develop paid ad creatives
Edit, design, and adapt visuals for paid ads - some repurposed from ecom or social content, others from UGC.
Coordinate UGC briefs
Write storyboards or scripts for influencer content and manage delivery to fit campaign goals.
Plan and manage production
Set production schedules, coordinate freelancers (photographers, videographers, models), oversee visual direction and ensure content quality and make sure deadlines are met.
Design graphics & light motion
Create product-based illustrations, animations, and layouts (for collections, bundles, or limited drops).
Keep content fresh and aligned
Continuously ideate new creative directions for upcoming product lines, bundles, and seasonal launches.
