What You'll Do:

• Create a VIP Experience: Greet every client with professionalism and make them feel at home in a modern, masculine setting.
• Consult Like a Pro: Listen to client preferences, offer personalized advice, and recommend the best products and services to enhance their grooming routine.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow all sanitation protocols and keep your station clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with barbers, nail techs, and concierges to deliver a seamless grooming experience for every guest.
• Promote Services & Products: Introduce clients to our membership options and premium grooming products, helping them elevate their personal care routine.
• Build Client Loyalty: Cultivate long-term client relationships and help grow our base of loyal members.
• Stay Sharp (Literally): Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest styling trends and techniques.
What You Bring:
• A current Nebraska Cosmetology License
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality grooming services
• A client-first attitude and exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in cutting, styling, and shaping hair to suit each client's unique style
