Clinical Contract Administrator

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/Week

Pay Range: $52 - $57/hr

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for clinical research and contract negotiation? Join a dynamic legal team supporting global clinical studies through high-impact contract management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work onsite three days a week, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive clinical innovation forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a high volume of clinical study agreements and related documents using approved templates.
• Independently assess and revise contract terms proposed by clinical sites, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Serve as a liaison between Legal, Risk Management, Clinical Operations, and other internal teams to resolve contract issues.
• Manage and prioritize a fast-paced workload, supporting new study requests and ongoing clinical operations.
• Maintain contract systems, organize documentation, and ensure proper execution and upload of agreements.
• Coordinate team meetings, record minutes, and manage active study tracking spreadsheets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contracting efficiency.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with a high school diploma or associate degree in a related role.
• Deep understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions.
• Proven ability to redline agreements and make business-minded decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across global teams.
• Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
