What You’ll Do:

• Ensure code and ordinance compliance on every jobsite
• Serve as field supervisor and quality assurance lead for all installs
• Manage customer satisfaction and address issues proactively
• Handle logistics , equipment, and trailer coordination
• Provide daily updates to clients during projects (WIP communication)
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeouts
• Identify and submit change orders as needed
• Report directly to the Production Manager with photo reports and status updates
• Conduct final inspections and submit Notices of Completion
• Coordinate WIP check collections
• Prioritize jobsite safety , quality control, and timely execution
• Troubleshoot any on-site issues that arise with professionalism and urgency

• Field-savvy, highly organized leader
• Strong communicator who can manage homeowners and crews confidently
• Contracting Knowledge in residential roofing, siding, or general construction (or willing to learn fast)
• Confident with logistics, tracking materials, and coordinating schedules
• Reliable, self-managed, and team-focused
