We are seeking a dedicated Construction Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will review financial statements and reports to identify and resolve payment inconsistencies or errors. You will collaborate with customers, third-party institutions, and team members to address billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing. Your responsibilities will also include inputting payment history and financial data into individual accounts, assisting customers with payment processes, and keeping them informed of payment deadlines. Additionally, you will calculate and track various company financial statements.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires onsite work with a flexible start time between 7/8 am and end time between 4:30/5 pm. Team members typically do not arrive before 7 am or leave before 4 pm. There is a one-hour lunch break. You will be part of a team of three, working alongside the Finance Manager and two others working on different projects. Collaboration with the finance person overseeing all Alabama projects is essential. The position supports the large Meta Data Center in Montgomery, Alabama, offering growth opportunities and upward mobility within one of the largest US construction companies.
