Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Fleet Manager to lead our commercial vehicle operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our fleet of commercial vehicles. Your leadership will ensure the fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations, supporting our commitment to excellent service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the commercial vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs to maximize uptime.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and costs to identify opportunities for savings and improvements.
  • Coordinate with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance history, licensing, and registration requirements.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
  • Analyze fleet performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize asset utilization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fleet management or transportation operations within a commercial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to analyze data related to fleet performance and implement improvements.
