• Capable of producing consistent, quality parts at or above target goals.
• Responsible for total quality control of parts produced.
• Capable of troubleshooting basic machine errors and basic PC problems.
• Solve minor problems with little or no Supervision.
• Knowledge of XL Systems Threads.
• Basic Math skills to calculate speeds and feeds.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe shop and production area.
• Actively involved in improving production performance, product quality, and safety.
• Responsible for maintaining proper paperwork.
• Conscientiously avoid machine crashes.
• Full and complete understanding of product specifications.
• Responsible for setting micrometers at the beginning of each new pipe size.
• Responsible for prompt reliable attendance.
• Actively involved in improving production performance, product quality, and safety.
• Other duties as defined by Production Manager.
