Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Dovetail CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Utilize manual machining skills for tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
• Operate CNC Swiss Lathe and 5+ axis VMC to manufacture complex parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on Dovetail CNC and CNC Swiss Lathe.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Proficiency in manual machining techniques.
• Experience operating 5+ axis VMC machines.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Manual Machining Skills

Machines & technologies you'll use:

Salary info:

$25 - $30 / hr
