This includes presenting clear explanations, answering questions, and helping clients feel confident in the decisions they make.
You will also manage a detailed digital workflow, maintain updated client notes, track communication stages, and ensure prompt follow-up. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a proactive mindset are critical to delivering a seamless and supportive client experience.
