Available Schedules:

  • Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm EST
  • Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm EST (occasional Sat 8am-4:30pm EST, 1-2x per month)
  • Tues-Fri 7am-3:30pm & Sat 8am-4:30pm EST

Location: Sharonville, OH 45241

Salary: $19-21.5/hr – $39,520-$44,720

Must Haves:

● You have 1+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacy technician

● You have 1+ years of pharmacy inventory OR dispensing experience

● You possess an active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license within your state of residence.

● You are competent in pharmacy law pertaining to technicians and adherence to regulatory requirements.

● You have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining patient confidentiality.

● You are proficient in technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools.

● You have the ability to stand for long periods, work at a computer screen for extended durations, and lift packages weighing up to 25lbs.

● You possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

● You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and assist patients professionally.

Inventory Technician - Day to Day:

The Pharmacy Technician reports to the Pharmacy Operations Leader to support our Pharmacy Operations team. You will be an individual contributor, while working cross-functionality with other teams in the organization. As a Pharmacy Technician at Truepill, you will play a vital role in supporting our Pharmacy Operations team by strategically managing product orders, conducting accurate cycle counts, and collating supply chain data. Your responsibilities will include ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining patient confidentiality, and various tasks to provide exceptional patient care.

● You’ll maintain accurate inventory records and patient charts while ensuring patient confidentiality.

● You’ll request refill authorization from physician offices and coordinate medication delivery as needed.

● You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance patient experience.

● You'll manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to promptly, safely and accurately fill prescriptions

● You will adhere to pharmacy laws and regulations governing pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with company policies.

● You will meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the manager upon employment to ensure operational efficiency.

● You’ll continuously enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy technology and stay updated with industry trends.

Dispensing Technician - Day to Day:
