🔍 About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Capital Markets Associate to join our fast-growing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) advisory and investment firm. This is a commission-only role designed for self-starters who want to build and control their income while working with a supportive team of CRE finance professionals. You'll originate, structure, and close capital placements (debt, preferred equity, JV equity) across asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality , with deal sizes ranging from $2M-$50M+. 💼 Key Responsibilities Source and manage a pipeline of capital raise opportunities across CRE asset classes Cultivate relationships with borrowers, developers, investors, and capital providers Structure capital stacks including senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture equity Conduct market research and prepare offering materials Manage and negotiate term sheets and financing proposals Collaborate with internal analysts and third-party capital sources to close deals 📈 Compensation This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Commission splits start at 50/50 , with potential to scale based on performance No cap on earnings Full backend support available (underwriting, marketing, deal packaging) ✅ Qualifications 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or capital markets Existing relationships with CRE investors, developers, or capital sources a strong plus Deep understanding of CRE finance structures (senior debt, mezz, pref, JV) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills ]]>
