Call Center Customer Service Agent Location St. Louis, MO : Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Assistant Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance for issue resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalation as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends in customer issues and proposing solutions. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions and delivering results. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
