NOW HIRING CORPORATE SUPPORT SPECIALIST / HR ROLE:

The Business Support Specialist is a highly organized and adaptable member of a small corporate team supporting Runyan Enterprises, dba Game X Change. This role wears many hats in support of a growing retail chain. The role manages a wide variety of administrative, HR, and accounting responsibilities, while also supporting marketing efforts and serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. The position requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound judgment to manage competing priorities. Success in this role means balancing structure with flexibility, keeping our office running smoothly while adapting to the needs of a fast-paced retail business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR & Employee Support

  • Manage employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
  • Assist with HCM data entry, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support payroll and benefits processes.

Accounting & Finance Administration

  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support preparation of financial documents and reporting as needed.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Provide direct support to the Owner/CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and other office records.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and optimize scheduling.

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with company marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
  • Support the creation of basic marketing materials.
  • Draft and proof internal and external communications.

Starting pay $50,000+, depending on experience

Location: The office is located in the Pinnacle area of Rogers.
