Bookkeeper – Westbury Law Firm

A well-established Westbury law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Reconciling accounts and preparing reports as needed
• Assisting with general office bookkeeping functions
• Utilizing Microsoft Word and internet resources for reporting and communication

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience (law firm experience a plus)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Supportive and professional work environment
• Full time or part time. On site position
