Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join and custom shipping manufacturing company in Santa Clara, California. This hands-on role involves manually assembling and gluing custom boxes and partitions, essential for protective packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cardboard boxes and partitions by hand according to specifications.
• Apply adhesives and glues with precision to ensure secure construction.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with hands and follow instructions.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and using hands for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Benefits

$18.20 per hour.
