Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person Preferred)

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What You Will Do

  • Lead Lightning-Fast Launches: You’ll own the full lifecycle of onboarding—from post-sale kickoff to fully functional AI call agents deployed within 14 days.
  • Act as the Product Owner for Each Client: You will scope, architect, and deliver customer-specific implementations using our platform—translating customer goals into scalable, intelligent conversational agents.
  • Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect robust voice workflows using tools like APIs, webhooks, and structured data pipelines. You’ll ensure seamless integrations with client systems.
  • Engineer Conversational Flows: Apply prompt engineering and human-centered design to craft compelling and effective voice interactions that align with each client’s brand and KPIs.
  • Be the Face of AI Deployments: You’ll work directly with stakeholders at major enterprises, owning communication, roadmap alignment, and timeline delivery throughout every phase.
  • Unlock Ongoing Value: Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities post-launch to help clients grow their ROI—and to help our product evolve alongside their needs.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management), product management, or as a founding member at a startup.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders and delivering technical outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about technology, and highly motivated to take ownership.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience with prompt engineering or building conversational agents using LLM-based platforms.
  • Hands-on work with API integrations, basic scripting, or technical implementation projects.
  • Previous startup experience or entrepreneurial background.
  • Computer Science or Engineering background (formal or self-taught).
  • Prior experience in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience launching productized workflows for enterprise users.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (based on experience)
  • Equity: $100,000 – $200,000 in equity value, depending on background and fit
