Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:
Responsible for front desk reception, guest guidance, and company call routing, upholding a professional company image. 负责前台接待、访客引导及公司电话接转，展现公司专业形象。
Manage office supplies procurement, distribution, and asset inventory to control administrative costs. 管理办公用品采购、发放及资产盘点，控制行政成本。
Maintain office cleanliness and order, and coordinate daily services such as cleaning and plant maintenance. 维护办公环境整洁与秩序，协调保洁、绿植等日常服务。
Handle daily administrative tasks such as document printing, filing, and sending/receiving mail and packages. 处理公文打印、归档、快递收发等日常行政事务。
Assist in organizing employee activities to foster a positive team atmosphere. 协助组织员工活动，营造良好的团队氛围。
Perform other auxiliary tasks as assigned by supervisors. 完成上级交办的其他辅助性工作。
Qualifications / 任职要求:
Proven working experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role. 拥有行政助理或相关职位的可靠工作经验。
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite. 熟练使用MS Office（特别是Word, Excel, PowerPoint）和G Suite。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 强大的组织和时间管理技能，能够优先处理任务。
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. 能主动解决问题并对细节保持高度关注。
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. 需高中文凭；副学士或学士学位更佳。
