Job Description

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team of a larger medical group in San Diego. The role requires a versatile individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a member of a team, providing support and backup for front desk reception activities during lunch breaks, sick calls, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to other managers, teams, or departments as needed and participate in committees as required.
  • Maintain calendars, including Outlook, for assigned RCPMS Directors and manage files efficiently.
  • Create correspondence and other documents from source materials, and respond to basic inquiries with routine correspondences.
  • Handle mail and faxes, order and maintain office supplies, and schedule appointments and meetings via phone and email.
  • Complete projects, including audits, research, and tracking, trending, and follow-up of initiatives and activities.
  • Create graphs, tables, and charts from source materials, such as SIR data.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including room reservations, catering, and information dissemination, and may attend meetings as an assigned minute taker to compose reports of minutes.
  • Arrange and maintain schedules for committee meetings and any other meetings for assigned Directors.
  • Computer proficient in MS Office Suite

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Benefits:

The position offers a pay range between $24.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
