PSEA- a labor organization representing 178,000 members who work in Pennsylvania school settings- is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Services Division in Harrisburg.
This position provides key administrative support to the Administrative Services Division, including coordinating department activities, preparing reports and presentations, supporting committees and workshops, and assisting with budgeting and financial processes. Duties also include managing documents and databases, processing vendor forms and reconciliations, and handling logistics such as meeting coordination, office supply orders, and internal communications.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative support roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. A background in financial management, budgeting, or accounting is highly desirable, along with familiarity in data entry and document handling systems.
