Finance & Operations Assistant

Short Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Assistant to support Floowi’s internal operations. This role will focus on financial management, KPI reporting, and operational organization. You’ll work closely with the founders and COO to maintain accurate financial tracking, update key metrics, and support planning and reporting initiatives that drive Floowi’s growth.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Create and send invoices to clients, ensuring follow-ups for timely payments.
  • Manage financial records in Zoho Books , updating and categorizing income and expenses.
  • Review KPIs weekly with the COO and update dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the founders to prepare annual financial projections and forecasts.
  • Update and maintain company presentations and reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
  • Keep information organized and up to date in HubSpot , supporting CRM management.
  • Organize and track operational tasks in ClickUp to ensure team alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial coordination, operations, or administration.
  • Proficiency with Zoho Books , HubSpot , Slack , and Google Workspace (or similar platforms).
  • Nice to have: familiarity with ClickUp , Stripe , and Deel .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
